Very striking and ugly color conbination[edit]

This template uses a very striking and 'ugly' color combination. Black with orange accents is a aposematic color combination usually present in venomous and poisonous animals. I suggest changing it to something more "mild". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 181.160.209.232 (talk) 19:16, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hiding[edit]

It defeats the purpose of putting this template on pages if it's displayed as hidden by default, as it is on amazon.com. I was looking on that page for information in this template, and I couldn't find it, so I added it. Only later did I stumble across this and open it and find what I had been looking for. I don't know how to change this so it always displays, given the complexity of the markup. Could someone who does please do so? -- Beland 17:09, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This has since been done. Thanks! -- Beland (talk) 01:56, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Amazon Light[edit]

Why is Amazon Light listed under "web sites"? It's not owned by Amazon.com; it just uses the Amazon APIs, like many other sites do. 67.168.62.119 04:34, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Since you asked this question 7 years ago, this item is listed under "Other". While the article has notability, I assume it is part of Amazon's box because it was made by an Amazon programmer while he worked there. Frmorrison (talk) 19:18, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Now that the site has been discontinued, I think it should be removed. Daylen (talk) 17:51, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Why those VPs?[edit]

Of Amazon's 13 senior vice presidents, why are only Rick Dalzell and Brian Valentine included in this template? Stephen Hui 14:23, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stephen Hui, those are the only two senior vice presidents with Wikipedia pages. Daylen (talk) 17:51, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Amazon Prime Pantry[edit]

Should Amazon Prime Pantry be added to the template? Daylen (talk) 17:51, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is already added but seems to me it is not on the right place/row/line — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tech201805 (talkcontribs) 13:06, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Horrible color[edit]

This template has a horrible colour scheme. Just see what effect striking yellow with black has. It should be improved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 16AdityaG09 (talkcontribs) 07:35, 12 October 2020 (UTC) Just improved colour scheme. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 16AdityaG09 (talkcontribs) 07:42, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Move Criticisms together[edit]

@Czar: Would it make sense to edit the criticisms together for example:

Criticism (tax) (Worker organization)

~ Shushugah (talk) 21:42, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If it was a subpage, definitely but I don't think worker organization is necessarily a criticism of Amazon (or a direct subpage). The criticism article also has major scope issues (it should be broken up) so I wouldn't use it as a barometer. (not watching, please {{ping}}) czar 21:45, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Where does it belong?[edit]

Now that Amazon Freevee exists as is, where does it belong? It’s no longer IMDb branded after all, so does it more belong with Prime Video’s section now?--CreecregofLife (talk) 18:09, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
