Case title[edit]

When this case reached the U.S. Supreme Court, it was titled "Witt v. Wainwright"; cf. <http://loc.heinonline.org/loc/Page?handle=hein.usreports/usrep470&id=960&collection=journals&index=usreportsloc#1001>. I think we typically use the title from the highest court, so perhaps this page should be moved from "Wainwright v. Witt" to "Witt v. Wainwright". --MZMcBride (talk) 21:25, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
