To me it seems like a really bad idea to have a very long list of city names in the very first part of the article. It's also no longer a good idea to talk about the operation of one of the companies products under the heading "Operation" when this is no longer the only product they make. The heading makes it sound like it's about the operation of the company, but the text is about the operation of what used to be their only product but now is just one of their products.

I tried to clean up this by moving the list of installations and the "operation" section to a new section about that one product, the bin. But this change got reverted with no explanation. I don't understand how it is better to have the article like it is now. If someone could explain what I did wrong I'd appreciate it. I want to help Wikipedia become better, but when things like this happens I just get upset and I'm less likely to try and do something the next time I see some potential for improvement.
