Merge Kincardine and Western Aberdeenshire into West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine?[edit]

Because the constituency names are very, very similar. Or does it make more sense to turn both pages into disambiguation pages, referring to one constituency for "1918 to 1950" and one for "from 1997"? Laurel Bush 16:08, 27 July 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Done. Most constituencies with similar boundaries and names this similar don't have separate articles so I merged them. UltrasonicMadness (talk) 22:46, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

2005[edit]

As I have noted on the talk page for the Angus constituency there is an issue about using the 2001 figures for Scottish seats as the basis for vote change in the 2005 results. The post-2005 seat was not identical in make up to the 2001 seat. Dunarc (talk) 20:02, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
