This is a list of articles tagged according to the WP:PROD policy as of Tue Jun 4 15:59:00 CEST 2024

The time used is that given as argument of the "dated prod" template, not the cl_timestamp of the categorylinks table, which is the last time the link between the article and the category changed (this is typically the last time the article entered the category, but could also be the last time the article was renamed). Differences of the order of hours are reported at the end. Time 25:00 is used for articles without a time= parameter

The articles this script could not parse are collected in a table at the end of this page.

Time of nomination Article Reason
28 May 16:06 IAYSG Non-notable org. Fails WP:GNG and WP:NORG. A search for "Irish Association of Youth Science Groups" (zero results when Wikipedia and its mirrors excluded) and "Youth Science Ireland" (13 results) return insufficient sources to establish or support even the basic facts of org's existence. Not to mind a claim to notability. Only source is an entry in a directory. Zero results in Irish news outlets (Irish Times, Irish Independent, Irish Examiner, RTÉ, etc).

28 May 17:43 Vester Guitars Fails WP:GNG. The two available sources are on Vester's non-notable parent company, not Vester itself. Google News returns one mention of the brand in a guitarist interview with a non-RS source and a search of Guitar World's site returns one hit that lists the brand in a recap of a Youtube video - there aren't even the usual PR releases! I don't see this being a notable company.

28 May 23:01 Pat Barrington Non-notable actress who specialized in sexploitation films. Almost every biographical detail is based on imdb. There is a small amount of content about her in two books about movie directors, in the context of the films they were directing. I cannot find any significant coverage. Has been tagged for notability since 2018.
28 May 23:42 Adam Nowell Non-notable minor league basketball player. No sources.

29 May 03:19 Jeff Pearce (historian) This person is not notable under the notability guideline for authors or the general notability guideline. I could not find significant coverage of this subject or his books in independent, reliable sources. The sources cited are YouTube videos (including the subject's own, e.g., [1]), the subject's blogs, and a book listing on Amazon.
29 May 06:49 Beneteau Wizz First and second sources unaccessible, third source has no information on the Wizz winning any competition, Fourth source is likely an advertisement, and the page does not seem very notable compared to the other boats made by Beneteau.

29 May 09:55 Noor Mang No sources

Never received significant coverage in reliable sources and 4. Was not discovered in 1850. SIMBAD cites 41 references for this star, but all are just big catalogs and do not give any significant coverage.
29 May 14:54 Cannabis political parties of Minnesota This article is redundant as it overlaps significantly with existing articles on political parties in Minnesota and the specific cannabis-related parties. 29 May 17:53 Turk (caste) A single citation page explaining a caste system in India based on a study of "anthropological survey." Page contains excessive information for one citation, and the source is not appropriate for such an article. 29 May 18:04 Jennifer Cramblett incident No lasting coverage - all at the time of trial or second trial. This feels like it isn't notable and isn't terribly encyclopedic.
29 May 18:12 Yamaha Artist Not a notable concept - cannot find evidence of notability separate from Yamaha as a company.
29 May 18:39 Richard Wagner Conservatory The only cited sources suggest this school doesn't really exist. If it's a scam I'm not sure it's a notable one in Wikipedia terms, at any rate the sourcing doesn't seem to be there to write a decent encyclopedia article.
29 May 18:44 The Vogue (band) Does not meet WP:GNG, independent coverage is unavailable.
29 May 19:04 Fantasy cricket Content is almost certainly original research. Neither of the two citations are relevant — one is a statute with no direct connection to the subject-matter; the other is purported to be a case about the subject but it makes no mention of fantasy games and only mentions cricket once, in the real world sense. PearlyGigs (talk) 19:04, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

[...] If a Wikipedia article cannot be developed using known sources, information on the feature can instead be included in a more general article on local geography. For example, a river island with no information available except name and location should probably be described in an article on the river". The small hill seems to be of little significance, with no hope of expanding it to an encyclopedic article.

30 May 14:14 Brickerville, Oregon Sourced only to GNIS, which is insufficient for notability. Book searches turn up nothing, and newspaper results are limited to trivial mentions of someone in Brickerville dying, selling their store, etc. No significant coverage, fails WP:GEOLAND.
30 May 14:32 Fall Creek, Oregon Unsourced; most information that was found was about the creek, and not any community. The best I could do is [2], which describes a Fall Creek Improvement Association, but even that is vague about what Fall Creek is/was. Likely just an "area" rather than a defined community. Without better information there is nothing here for an article; fails WP:GEOLAND. The bit about covered bridges is irrelevant and could be in another article, if sources could be found.
30 May 14:36 Flagg, Oregon Non-notable rail siding, not a community. First appears on 1957 USGS topo map clearly showing a siding with no human structures: [3]. False article; location fails WP:GEOLAND. Sources cited insufficient for notability.

30 May 14:39 Tom Cheesman fails to satisfy notability criteria
30 May 14:41 Gillespie Corners, Oregon Non-notable locale. Sourced only to GNIS and a document about a road improvement project having nothing to do with the place at all (and which makes up more than half of the article). Plenty of mentions exist in local newspapers: [4], but all are trivial and just describe the place as a location where some insignificant thing happened. Without better sources that are specifically about this location, it fails WP:GNG and WP:GEOLAND.

01 June 20:31 Xenos (comics) no evidence of significant coverage in secondary sources
01 June 21:09 Streit Council Unable to show notability. Completely dependent on primary source. Self-promotion: Username itself evident of self promotion: User:SCfellow. 01 June 22:20 Kaloi k'Agathoi This article does not meet notability requirements - it seems to have been created by a member of the group itself, Alex Outhwaite, (see: https://www.oldherefordiansclub.co.uk/StaticFiles/HerefordCathedralITW_0000000051.pdf) and they are the only one to have contibuted any content of note. None of the content is referenced, and attempts to find reliable sources to verify claims have failed. The group is very small, and does not seem significant enough to warrant an article. Finally, from its social media presence and website, the group appears to have been inactive for a number of years.

02 June 23:58 Mora, Washington There is nothing at the site in google maps, aside from Mora road. But since this is a post office it would have been a stop along a "road" that would be the postal route the mail carrier travelled on. The simplest answer for its existence is that it was the road to the post office. The third source on this article states this is just a post office [5] pg 172. Washington State place names doesn't list it separately and is just a repeat of Meany in source 3 above [page 92]. The other sources on the article are not useful for verification a town existed. It's only mentioned twice in passing with no indication it wasn't just a post office in the 2003 history book about the county Clallam [6]. The post office is likely the trading post mentioned in that book. It's worth noting here that trading posts usually were not in populated areas, but at strategic places along well traveled trade routes. So this is actually and indicator this is just a post office. In fact, this source [7] unequivocally makes it clear this was a trading post, it must have also housed the post office, before it moved. It appears on this 1970 map [8] but when compared with google maps (at similar scale) you can see that there couldn't be any streets there, or anything. And Finally, we have this a description of the "town". [9]. As you can see it's just a Guy running a hotel trading post in the woods. Some passing mentions that don't contradict the possibility it's a post office. [10]
03 June 00:18 Nanocrystal The science here is duplicated in Nanoparticle, which is both much more detailed and is also the common name. I don't think a redirect is needed (to Nanoparticle), but that is optional.
